End

Here, for China it is finished, a new page is turned, and I must say that it is with a twinge of regret that I will leave this country. It only remains for me only 3 days HK and Macau ... I would not have succeeded in closing the loop via Shanghai and Qingdao as planned in Beijing and back, once again my original idea has been too ambitious. But this passage in China will still have a great experience. It is extremely difficult or impossible to summarize in a few lines all that this country forward. It is a nation full of contrasts and contradictions, but with a charm and incredible range. I must admit that I was not packed immediately, seeing first the negative points, but with hindsight the good sides have not missed. Start with Beijing is particular is a city that has multiple speeds, that of OJ recess that is visible to all corners of streets, the rich and business is very present and growing with the buildings that push all hand, the luxury boutiques and other marks of extreme wealth, People had mixed layer is also omnipresent in the streets, small shops, in Hutong, etc.. the trick is to get him. Then there are the poor, the peasants who came out of their campaigns to build what will be the future vision that the world will have of China in less than 350 days. It should be noted that these humans work minimum 12 hours per day (6 or 7 / 7) to build roads, buildings and other, 2-not 5 star hotels and live in conditions of poverty, and China is that too but it's so much more ... But Beijing is also a very charming city, the one I prefer in China. Then I admit I was slightly frustrated by my time between Beijing and Lhasa, not by the lack of interest in things but I too followed the PCQ guides, tourists, and I moved too quickly on some points. The sights are pretty disappointing s, not by the quality of what is available but more by visiting conditions, a feeling of false, cons trap unpleasant and even places like the Terracotta Warriors or Giant Pandas are fabulous, the tourist bustle up with some disgust the traveler in search of uniqueness. I still keep in mind the descent in the coal mines in Datong, I do not think they had seen b uch foreigners before us. Then there was the Tibet, too many things to say, the scenic beauty and mystique of places that can not force compliance. Rides mountain 5500m above sea level is something unique with the yaks as companions, and the center of Lhasa and the pilgrims circle the temple, prostrating themselves, the monks who pray in the streets and peasants from their village, who are seeing for the first time on a human hair and you look like an alien. It's a unique feeling and that would be somewhat receptive a kind of union is created with these people so different yet so similar. However, by the feeling of Chinese occupation of Tibet and destruction of their culture by the Han and tourism (which I'm aware part of) this passage in Tibet to leave me a sense of bitterness, that a people so different, interesting and generous they do not deserve what they get, but unfortunately Lhasa China will soon become a city of more than several million people with a center that looks like Disneyland ... So, after this passage in Tibet that I wanted to see another side of China, showed no visible side but I wanted to think outside the box and in a certain sense I think I succeeded. In fact I made several villages and that's where I realized that to see China must go in the campaign because the reality is indeed present, and not necessarily bleak. I find it sad to see how we rebuilt it and erase history in a wrong way in cities (cf. Lijiang) to see the peasants live certainly not much, but at least have a roof and what eat and most importantly, a smile and a zest for life that will fade many Westerners, those are details that make the crap into perspective with which we are accustomed to take the lead in our newspapers, hence the trouble j 'I see that China has cities catching up with us and beyond us in this aspect of consumerism. In short it is a country both confusing and exciting, it's been two months already and I feel I do know that game, I could spend the year without seeing the same thing 2 times. Habits that I have taken food on the edge of streets or 2Y 3Y (20 cents), beer for 3Y, take a train or a night bus 20h, sleep with rice, I wake up with the mountains, hear the scrape their throats before eclipsing a big Mollard, like their noodles gloupser doing a lot of noise, shit squatting seeing the rush to below, arrive in a city and see so many lights that 'to NY, have people who try to talk to me for 30 minutes while I do not understand nothing, take bus filled with smoke, not possible to negotiate prices on the steps and so much more. So many things, pleasant or unpleasant, but representatives from China, which I will miss because it is a very oddly endearing, everything changes so quickly, it is in perpetual metamorphosis that when you are a citizen of the world and we realizes that it is hard to resist the urge to take part, despite the negative points. It is a country where there is everything we need except one thing and yet so important: freedom of expression and political opposition. We must also emphasize the diversity of the country, one country, an entity certainly, but it is a multi-faceted country, whether in terms ethnic, cultural, climatic, geographical ... all parts of China have something unique, there are hundreds of different Chinas. Finally here is my impression after a certain time in the country that will change the future of the world. The development is seen eye has seen, it's scary, that's why we would stay there to monitor it daily. Just hope it evolves in a positive sense, is not won. Finally, if I finally appreciated as this country is also thanks to the many people I met and the amount of things I learned about the country on the world, others and myself, and I think this is the place to put a lot of things in question. China has called into question and came to the conclusion that what matters is the money, economic power, Western countries have done the same before, but from the standpoint of the individual it fetches further and seeing the different facets of this country, personally I realize that what matters is happiness, not money, and even if a minimum of Thune's important to not have to worry about what we will eat at night, it must necessarily accumulate constantly thinking about the future without seeing the present day? I do not think so, and Dai Xishuanbana are the best example. In terms of people I met, I met really great people full of interesting, of all nations, races, blah, travelers and local, I was full of fruitful discussions with many people having a unique history and Personally that's what makes me happy: to see, discuss, debate, discutter, critique, admire; basically try to understand. And thanks to the people I met and what I saw in China I feel a little better understanding of China, the world, myself and others. In the meantime I'll continue to discover and learn in Southeast Asia that time. This is not the goal that counts is the way we are doing to get there.

Dipilitory Cream Brands

Post

Finally on Tibet, a region that is very special and I am glad to have discovered before it was even worse. We had a hard time leaving Lhasa, all routes are traces and prices were pretty discouraged but still saw things beautiful, including the downtown Lhasa, the surrounding villages and especially the mountains. Many rides on the peaks surrounding Lhasa with one company for many yaks and beautiful landscapes. After I returned to Lhasa mainland China with a first stop Zhongdian in northern Yunnan Province, there's still a lot of influences and qq Tibetan mountains even if vegetation Tibet is different, so like, walking in the downtown, mountain, etc.. The next direction Tiger Leaping Gorge, a mini 2-day trek in an area of rugged mountains along the Yangtze River. Then Lijiang, or there is a pseudo Disneyland replica of the ancient city, in fact shielded from tourist shops, restaurants, hotels ... nothing short of authentic and full of Chinese tourists. Then Dali, a town touristy but more relaxed, I left the 2 night, meeting cool people rode horses to the lake with a Chinese etc.. And yesterday I went to the region Xixuanbanna. After 17h of sleeper bus on small road here I am this morning Jihong, near the border of Myanmar and Laos. And I think despite the monsoon qq day stay in the corner in search of a bit of authenticity.
