Yes, I concocted this little charming duo obviously thinking that people fall for the irresistible trilogy gingerbread, foie gras and caramel citrus, finding at most "original" and "cool" ( I do not know about you but I am reserved in assessing "nice" of a dish ..) another trilogy much less Catholic , gingerbread, Roquefort and Port.
's just say that my predictions have proved grossly inaccurate and that the trilogy has won a spectacular success at the expense of fatty liver, which was enjoyed with much less emotion papillatoire!
As for the source of this amazing mix, I must say, not without a slight breeze shame that newspaper oh so anti-cultural TF1 talked about a cheese " the fabulous idea of serving a Roquefort with a glass of Porto .
And presto! brains of your interlocutor Babblers worked hard hard to put together this little idea ... As
caramel citrus with foie gras it seemed to have already heard many praise its merits ..
How accompany with harmony and lightness, these little wonders? using the guru-Petit Suisse course! I was looking for something cost, simple, surprising, original! And I told him "piqued" his idea of a wonderful diced mango and pepper red!
Small erratum the pictures I have taken them before pouring the two small toffees for lack of time, since we had used it all immediately! Sadness .. but I know I can easily trust your imagination the most greedy to fill that gap! And then I quietly put the word "non-contractual photo !
Without further ado .. trade secrets:
- a few slices of gingerbread
- A third of a beautiful lobe (?)
foie gras - the juice of half an orange, half a grapefruit and half a lime and zest!
- 200 grams of sugar
- 1 tsp s in balsamic vinegar.
Cut with a cookie cutter cupcake Christmas small circles in the slices of gingerbread (after a small form per person). I chose to do them all round to showcase the stars of blue cheese! Cut-
with mastery of this art, please! - fatty liver Toddler Songs. Place on tartinettes. Prepare
toffee (at the timing future-the perfect little housewife that I am: D caramels prepared both at the same time, just before sitting down to eat, everything is very very fast !) through Heat sugar in small saucepan over high heat. When it browns slightly, it becomes "red" as they say, add fruit juice (watch out for possible eclaboussades and other burns of the eye in the eighth degree ... for once it didn ' not happen! ) and spoon of balsamic vinegar and the lemon zest. Mix everything and let caramelize! Pour a small ladle of this sumptuous Topping the tartinette!
Nothing easier, more fragrant and tastier on the alliance unforgettable and highly addictive fatty liver / gingerbread!

- about a quarter cup of Porto (and good, please!)

Cut the slices of gingerbread in the shape of a star if you're feeling romantic, bucolic! Or even if you're like a very bad mood, who knows if these goodies will not be worth all the pies chocolate in the world! ;)
proceed differently here: I met in Puerto pot, sugar and balsamic vinegar, caramelized and did it all! This smoothness was second to none ... I might also be due to follow the same process for citrus caramel (though a large quantity of sugar was necessary ..). A test then!
Pour a ladle of this mini-marvel on your mini-sofas-Stars!
And presto, it throws all year for this! "Ah the little Claire top of its 22 years .. gnagnagna! .

a mango - a sweet red pepper
- a mom very cooperative (and certainly not usually cook at all!) That helps you cut the mango and pepper while you "catch your capon" and return the prawns with mango and lime ...
Cut into "diced " = all cubes of approximately 3 mm! mango and pepper, place in pretty appetizing spoons-ultra-fashion, tied with a little raffia red side bucólico -lovers!
much for these little appetizers!
