An umpteenth rital recipe!
still hesitate ... This homecoming is it due to my recent return trip (university) or my irresistible urge to color in these times that I fear a little more each year? (Yes, you know when they say "météosensible .." or just "the blues of winter "..).
Would I improvised this little casserole! and, as usual , truce rhetorical questions and eternal questions of life (I almost tired)!

The recipe is extremely simple, which could lead me to the store ds class "days of phlegm" or "cook in 2 square meters!

I think I am grossly mistaken in saying 100 grams of arugula. (DLR Accuracy: anyway, I had more pesto as I comfortably installed in the casserole, but believe me, it eats into the endless ... lasagne with cherry tomatoes cherries and a light white sauce instead ... with simple pasta, adding a bit of everything lil speck!)

- the extra virgin olive oil, then I apologize in advance but it m is impossible to quantify ... must be in the eye! When the texture is good, is that the quantity is sufficient (no it is not a Sicilian proverb ..!). A rule of thumb, 6-7 tablespoons can be!
- the Claire's touch: two teaspoons of ground almonds!
(yes, as the secret for pesto is to avoid too much bitterness of arugula and cheese ... some add a spoonful of sugar, some cream, some nuts I think I on the kernel (I wonder also if I had not been inspired by It Cavoletto, some time ago ...!).

Mix it up! My companion
routine (my ancestor mixer) refuses to mix everything, so I start with pine nuts and arugula, which I mix roughly with a spoon of oil, before adding the cheese, the remaining oil and almond powder!

Preheat oven to 190 ° at my small oven, 180 for yours I suppose!
